ESA Wireless is a Wireless Internet Provider.

Our internet services are provided to our customers over the air (wirelessly) utilizing unlicensed microwave radio frequencies. This is not satellite or access via a cell phone. Our system is served by towers around the East Texas area. The wireless signal is not degraded by weather, but it is sensitive to outside radio interference and line of sight obstructions (trees and buildings).These obstructions and their effect on the connection quality are determined, prior to installation, during our Site Survey.

If you are interested in our service, please request a Site Survey. This is a no charge or obligation, service that we offer to insure that your service will be of utmost quality should you wish to install. Please call ESA, or submit a site survey form to setup a time and date.

Installation

After a positive Site Survey, an installation date is setup. ESA installs a subscriber module at your location. This device communicates with the Access Points on these towers, and serves the internet connection to you through an Ethernet cable.

ESA requires that all customers have a router. This device will distribute internet access throughout your household, and provide basic security features.
